There used to be separate rewards and reservations phone numbers, today I called the rewards number and got reservations. I was calling about a missing 2 night stay. I have always been treated with dignity and respect when calling the rewards line until today. The woman that answered the phone told me I didn’t earn the night stays because I did not have the last 4 digits of the credit card. I let her know that I let my company know where to book me and they make the reservations and pay for it. It is not that she would not reward my two nights credit that I am posting this, it is because when I asked for a supervisor she put me on hold, 36 minutes later I hung up. Wish I had her name she does provide the customer service I have grown accustomed to with the Marriott Rewards program.
