I am LPPE and have an upcoming trip (crossing three continents). Noticed in my upcoming reservations a Flag that I need to attach/redeem certificates. Called MRP desk and was assured the points were redeemed and cert(s) attached. Today I get a SMS asking me to click to confirm a redemption. Instead - Called desk again and asked what needs confirming. Agent says she not sure, but then sees that “need to redeem” message yet also sees points deducted and cert attached, and then mentions there’s a time zone difference in reservation showing cert attached BEFORE the reservation was made...which indicates another possible IT issue. Hopefully this isn’t going to be an issue - but be on the lookout for similar bug.
