Saturday, I purchased a Cat 7 air/hotel package. After doing the purchase with Marriott, I was transferred to Starwood to book the hotel. They gave me a "cash" reservation and assigned a ticket# as they could not make an award reservation. I was told to call back on Tuesday. The Tuesday and Wednesday response was the Starwood computer system is down. On Thursday, I actually spoke to a Starwood Supervisor. I was told that they are not able to book a Marriott award stay and to check back to them in November and December. This is not the correct answer. How do I get my case resolved correctly.
