Hello, I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott French Quarter for 5 nights (Aug 26-31) and only received rewards for 1 night. Also, they advertised free 500 rewards points for every day I skipped housekeeping. I skipped housekeeping for my whole time there and did not receive ANY of these points. I called about this issue over a month ago, and even offered to show proof of my stay. They promised to get back to me and resolve the issue but I've not heard back to this day. Please fix this! I have an upcoming trip to San Antonio and seriously considering going with a non Marriott hotel because of this unfairness. I've submitted a request through customer support with proof of my stay.
