I wonder why it is so hard for Marriot to consistently send the electronic folios to my email. It amazes me that the process fails 1 out of 3 stays I do globally and it is very frustrating to have to call a hotel in a different time zone in their accounting business hours to request a copy of the folio.
Marriot also has removed the electronic folio attachment out of the Account Activity section, making this even harder to experience.
At the end of the day, the on-line check out in the app is useless if you cannot get your folio sent by email.
Just venting my frustration as the SalesForce CEO has been pitching the amazing Marriot experiences customer will have in his keynote, but Marriot cannot manage to send your stay report consistently.
