Hi..am wondering whether anyone have news of what's happening to the APAC promos with Marriott? Have not heard of anything (except one e-mail offering a 10% off) since the merger. Am seriously getting bored with the programme....how do they expect us to stay with a lifestyle loyalty programme that does not offer lifestyle promotions and initiatives (my country is not even eligible for the 29 Ways to Stay games!).
I hope those people in marketing knows what they are doing, because there are a lot other loyalty programmes which are so much more engaging out there (down to offering localised activities to their members - which SPG used to do btw). At least where I am from, Marriott is seriously tanking in keeping their customer interested in them.
