How to escalate a reward program related complaint ?

Hi - I am not getting any responses from Marriott (SPG) rewards for points deducted for a stay that was cancelled by Marriott due to overbooking. I have sent at least 4 reminders in the last two months. Could someone help me how to escalate it to the next level and get a resolution ?
