I have been getting this message or a variation of it for weeks when trying to check on my upcoming reservations - what is going on?

Regarding your issue, several insiders have reported similar problems, most notably after they Combined their SPG-Marriott accounts. It seems that the Website and App are not exactly syncing up and the information between SPG and Marriott is also not merging properly between the reservsation systems; however, we're told it is a glitch and all is okay. Many have also reported that the issue goes away for a day, then returns, then goes away again. I would use your email confirmation as proof of the reservation until the reservastion system handshaking is resolved. If you're still concerned, you may try accessing the App or logging into your SPG side of the system and Marriott side separately. Most have reported that the intermitent issues have gone away, but some still linger and I bet for those that just combined their accounts it will take a little while for things to resolve. Sorry we couldn't be more helpful.
