Poor customer service

Marriott Rewards telephone service is very poor and can't answer questions regarding new changes.

Many times they would just rudely hang up if they don't like your questions. The last one I talked to told me to call Mr. Marriott. He was her only boss.

I guess it hard to find good help these days.
