I book two stay on the end of Oct 2018. After Marriott and SPG merge, I cannot find those reservation on the web page login, and I also find my rewards point is not correct. But on the mobile apps, those reservation have been found in double booking (same place, same time but different reservation number).
I have contact to customer service hotline before, and after that, the problem have seem fixed. But I found that the problem found again on yesterday.
I will contact CS again on tomorrow Monday.
P.S. Insiders have not been support Google Chrome.
