Hi, I am a Gold Elite member. I have tried to register online for megabonus promotion but it doesn't work. I tried to call rewards customer service four times and wait 30-40 minute with no reply. I sent an email no response. Any idea?

Me too. I almost think that they are so overwhelmed with botched merger issues that they are ignoring everything else.
I finally gave up and called (phone calls are basically my most hated thing) and it took just under 6 minutes. Of course, they say it takes 24hrs to show up, so I won't really know until tomorrow.
Well, it's been over 24hrs and is still not showing up in my account. :-/
We are happy to hear you were able to get signed up. It can actually take more like 48-72 hours. If you don't end up seeing it show up in your account send us a customer support request and we can look in to clarifying your account for you.
I had to call the rewards line. Got through and the individual did register me and had no idea why I wasn't able to do on my own
Same here. I called the elite line and was signed up. I asked why I wasn’t able to select the promotion - and the gent sounded like he’d been repeating the same thing over and over. “I don’t know, but I’ve been signing people up all day”
