Hello, I recently stayed a marriott hotel and had some insect bites on my arm of which I provided pictures via email to marriott customer support. When I returned home and went to see my Dr, he asked if I had stayed in a hotel recently and those were bed bug bites. I am furious I had to discard of my clothes and suitcase. I have emailed customer support with additional question and they have stopped responding. Any know how I can escalate this?
