The Fairfield and Towne Place in Fenton Missouri, are not reputable nor a good reflection on the Marriot brand.
Despite calls and face to face conversations asking for and alerting them to the mistake on the website, they have not awarded me bonus points for my stays. The site and my reservation both claim 1000 points per night. Which in spite of my honesty about it, the best they said they would do is give 1000 points per stay. The mistake is theirs not mine, nor have they changed the website.
Is their a monitor here that can assist in getting resolution to this? I have stayed at the hotels in spite of being a bit dated and not convenient to my work needs.
I am owed points from the beginning of this year to now.
