After spending over 17k this summer in California to stay at Marriott hotels (71 days) I have been missing close to two weeks of rewards points. I spoke to 5 different people at the TownePlace Hotel in Redwood Shores on several different occasions, and they all promised they were going to fix it. It's been over a month and nothing has been fixed. I've sent several email and inquiries and have never received ONE SINGLE response. This has to be one of the worst customer services experiences in my life. I will make sure my company does not stay at this chain again.
