Anyone know the easiest way to get your "stayed nights" added on to your account?
You can either call in to customer support and report your missing stay or submit a missing stay report online from your account. Since I have missing stays so often (thank you Renaissance Philadelphia Airport), I always go the internet route to avoid waiting on a phone call. Go to your activity section online and at the bottom is a Report a Missing Stay button in blue. You'll need a digital copy of your paid receipt to attach. Very simple process.
The internet route can take from 2-3 days to 2-3 weeks for confirmation these days. Don't be afraid to re-submit your request after 10 days if you get no response. I've done it often.
