Is anyone else missing reservations from your online account after merging your two accounts? I’ve been missing one for about two months now since I did the merge. I did call the property direct just after I noticed and they assured me that the reservation is in the system and they sent me a brief email confirmation. I also became a SPG member because of a mistake on my part. I’ve only stayed once at one of their properties....that’s why I even had a SPG account. Now when I sign into my Marriott account...I am welcomed as a SPG member. I asked to be reassigned a Marriott account number.....I was informed that it can’t be done.
