Customer Support - Escalation

I left messages with the front desk of the hotel I recently stayed at regarding being charged twice for the same stay and received no response to phone messages and an email.

I called customer support and I was on hold for over 1/2 hour and finally got through to an agent.  She put me on hold after several minutes of information exchange, then I was cut off.  I called back and was waiting for an additional 1/2 hour - then was cutoff again.

 

I am very frustrated with trying to solve a problem that was none of my doing (being overcharged) and want to find a direct access to someone who can help.

 

Any ideas?
