I addition to very long waits on the phone, I have been experiencing the following:  a) cancelled reservation and my points were never redeposited in my account.  Called several times to bring it to their attention and they have done nothing about it, b) converted points into miles and the conversion has not happened (they said on the phone it would be 72 hours), c) no black out dates policy is not honored (supervisor claims that they can still designate dates as black out dates if there is an event such as a soccer game taking place and that, in any case, there is a catch-all provision in the terms that says that anything in the program can be changed at any time).  I do not know if this is the forum to get feedback on these issues but I have tried on the phone (seven times), facebook and other channels to no avail.  Hope to get some guidance from fellow travelers on how to deal with issues like this.
