Yes, many report the same problem. You can call into Marriott to register or click on the link at the Top of this Webpage for "Support" then complete a Customer Support Request with the Loyalty # you want to use for the Promotion so our Community Managers can help you. Cheers!
I was so I contacted the Community Managers on Monday night and I'm registered now. (The Customer Support Request didn't work for me - I got some error message. I had to send them a private message instead.)
