Hi - I am a Marriott gold status member and when the merger happened, my Marriott account completely disappeared. I am only able to log in with all login attempts (native Marriott app, website, different browsers, etc) to an SPG account now that I barely used (but was previously linked). It won't let me link my Marriott account to it as it says it's linked to a separate account with different credentials. I have tried calling several times, but give up after waiting on hold for 25+ minutes. I also opened a case online about 15 days ago and still haven't heard back.
I understand there are merger issues, but the account I always used is completely gone. Any suggestions on how to get this fixed soon?
