1) cannot login using my new SPG account number
2) SPG reservations made before the merger are visible.
3) SPG reservations made after the merger are not visible, and no e-mail confirmation received; thus no reservation number received..
4) I know that at least one was received and processed as the hotel contacted me by e-mail about the reservation, and provided a reservation number. At least in this instance, I can use the confirmation number and locate e reservation using "Search Reservations."
5) as for the other reservations, only silence.
So what is a member to do??? Suggestions are solicited.
