Lack of Ambassador Assignment

I know there are a number of us who have reached the Ambassador level but have not been assigned. I finally got the direct number to the Ambassador department by emailing  customer service. When I called the department it was a complete waste of time. The person who answered the phone said that my account showed that I had met the criteria, but that nothing could be done until I get an email about the assignment. Apparently there is no expected time frame for new assignments. I was told that "nothing can be done" at this point and that there would be no way to use Your24 until they send me the email announcing status. This continues to be frustrating after making such an effort to meet the spend and nights requirements. Right now I have 138 nights and $24,312 and am in the middle of another qualifying stay.


I would love to hear if anyone else has a better outcome than I have on this!
