Rewarding Event

I also had a rewarding event in August before the change over ( 8/12 ) and have not received my 10 elite nights. I spoke with the salesperson at the Fairfield and she informed me the elite nights come from corporate office. I submitted a request for support to this site but have heard nothing from support staff or community leaders. I do have a copy of my signed contract and it does state 10 elite nights are to be rewarded. Really wish someone from Marriott would contact me and remedy the situation. Has anyone gotten their nites posted yet from events held Aug. 1 - 17 ? Keep us posted , please ...
