Before program was merged, I have 6 suite night awards from SPG. After merging , my YTD night credit was 74 so I already process to select 5 night suite award which is already credited to my account. As of now, I am on pending to request 1 night so my balance is 10 at the moment. I tried to find the way to choose 2nd gift after completed 75 but could not find any link.
this morning I decided to call to Marriott call center in Malaysia and explain my problem. I dont't think the guy understand my problem and try to say that I already get 10 Suite night award and no more credit for me. during call, line was cut and so far there is no return call from him.
what should I do for this?
