I would like to file a complaint with Corporate. Without getting into it here, can someone contact me regarding my stay at the Wardman Park last month? I am beyond frustrated and am strongly considering using a different hotel chain going forward.
I find the customer satisfaction survey a useful tool for documentation my hotel experiences. They go straight to the hotel with a copy to corporate and I usually get a response within a few days from a guest relations person.
Very useful tool.
