A few days ago my dollar pend was shown on my profile but now it has disappeared. Could it be that, like United and some other airlines, the dollar spend only applies to their customers from the home country? I’m UK-based.
brightlybob said the Spend was reflected in his account in USD and he is UK based. It is on the APP and on the Website under the "Overview" section of your account activity screen.
I see a place for my spending on the website where you describe, but it says $0 on mine.
Mine has to be updated as well. It looks like on the Status.Marriott.Com website, it maybe one of those issues the Marriott team discuss on their latest update.
Thanks for the shoutout arizonatag and whilst it was denominated in USD on the app last week (erroneously citing a nil spend so far this year) there’s now no longer a USD tracker, indeed all mention of Ambassador has simply disappeared. I can’t add any further info, that’s all I know, but this IT mess just seems to get messier.
My dollar spend in app/website is incorrectly showing $0 in my Marriott profile since the merger. Everything else appears to be correct though.
