Missing green points & AMEX/year end nights after Aug 18

Quick questions for ex-SPG members, will appreciate any feedback.


1. For August stays/points that were correctly posted before Aug 18 on SPG platform, but up until now (Aug 28) on the new platform, green points previously posted with those stays entirely disappear while points from rooms/spend remain intact.


2. Number of nights is not correct despite all stays have already been posted in account activity. Stay from Dec 2017 year end (Dec 31-Jan 3) previously counted 2 nights against 2018 (Jan 1 and Jan 2), after Aug 18, these 2 nights are no longer counted. Is this because of Marriott's rule for counting cross calendar year nights is different?


3. AMEX credit card nights posted earlier this year also disappear after Aug 18.
