I have been trying to reach platinum customer service for a week now - each time I was placed on hold for 59 minutes then the call was disconnected at 60 minutes. I know the merger may have some glitches , but poor customer service will not remedy the situation. Perhaps a proactive approach would be helpful - adding more customer service associates. I still have not received my last 2 platinum arrival / gift check in points and both stays have posted a week ago. Anybody know what is going on with that ? Thanks - any help appreciated.
