Post Merge Reservations Issues

So...I am attempting to make new reservations at a Sheraton in December. So I login to select the dates and other stuff, and then select the hotel. Immediately routed to Fine so far (I already merged accounts). Attempted to make the reservation and receive this message (from the Add Guest Information page).:

We're unable to locate this Starwood Preferred Guest® account, or you have entered an invalid SPG number. Please re-enter or remove your SPG number, check that the last name you have entered below matches the name on the account, or contact us for assistance.

As I understand the ways of computers and software, tried three times. Same issue. I will wait for a day and see if tomorrow is better.

I attempted to login directly to and was routed to Circular reference.
