My points and stays have disappeared. Called and emails numerous times. No reply at all. Is there no one who can help?
You might try clicking at the Top of this Webpage on the "Customer Support" link and then select the Request Support to fill out the form. Our communitymanagers can use the information to help you, but keep in mind that things are probably still pretty busy from the Merger and they've informed us that things will linger until probably Monday of next week. Sorry.
I'm in the same boat as you and am just going to wait until next week as the call volumes are still high.
I wouldn't expect them to give you any answer other than telling you to wait.
It seems like we are part of a small subset where all points / stays are missing and not just recent stays/points. My SPG account after the merger is a clean slate with the exception of credit card points which just posted from a statement closing at the beginning of August
