Downgraded back to Gold Elite?

Before the merger I had active Gold Elite status. After the merger, I saw on app my status became Platinum elite as it should. I just logged into my account from website today and saw my account is now downgraded back to Gold. I thought under the new Elite Tier, my account should automatically be Platinum. If I'm Gold under a new tier, I won't receive the same benefits I used to get. Is this a glitch from merger? Anybody having the same issue?
