Is Suite Night Award working after combined?

After combining of SPG account to Marriott account, I have tried to "Start Upgrade Request" on a Sheraton booking and it goes to following url, which requests again to 'Sign In or Join' page:


Both of merged Marriott account and old SPG account didn't work to sign in.


Does anyone had a luck to request the Suite Night Award after combining accounts?
