I was Platinum before the merge and up till now my account still shows Platinum Elite after the merge (nstead of primer)!!!!!!!
I combined my accounts and I can see all my points and stays and everything except the correct status.
what to do in this case? How long would it take to fix this? I called Marriott last sunsay regarding this and they told me that it should be fixed within 48 hours. It’s already thursday now and still not fixed!!!!
