Does anyone know if there is there a way to submit a complaint about a Marriott customer service operator? After being on hold for about an hour, a lady named Ann answered; I explained to her that I needed to verify a reservation that I couldn't find the confirmation # for. She very rudely said she couldn't do anything and hung up. An hour of being on hold! I feel like Marriott wouldn't appreciate that service and it did say we were being "recorded for customer service purposes".
