Platinum Member Unable to Reach Customer Service

Has anyone had any luck speaking with Marriott customer service recently. I am a Platinum member and after calling 5 times and waiting more than 30 minutes each time I am becoming quite frustrated. I also emailed on 8/14 with no response.

 

Quite poor service given calls used to be answered in 5 mins or less...
