Has anyone else had trouble getting stays to post within the 10 day stated time frame? I've had to request missing stay requests for my past three stays.
Add some specifics. I travel every week (RI) and have not seen any issues. The last one I had trouble with was a Marriott Residence Club.
I have had problems with a recent stay, filled out the missing stay form (got a reply that they were very busy), called the hotel directly (was told that lots of other people had the same problem and there was nothing they could do). At this point, with the big day coming up in just an hour and a half, I'll let it ride until sometime next week. It's been two weeks, by the way, and I did wait for the full 10 days before doing anything. But it is what it is.
My last FOUR stays (two Residence Inns, one Courtyard, and one Marriott) didn't post within the 10 business day window. The first I requested credit for, and it was processed on the 10th day after the request (23rd business day after the stay). The other three I'm waiting on copies on my bill from the hotels, so that I can report them once the outages are over. Seriously frustrated. Hopefully this glitch gets straightened out once the systems are merged.
