In the past few weeks I've had terrible experiences speaking with a human being when I call the Platinum Elite line. I am a Lifetime Platinum and when I call I have wait times that exceed 15 minutes and have been disconnected in mid conversation twice.
What is going on with this service? Do they not have enough people? I would think that they would go out of their way to make sure that their most loyal members get quick access to service professionals to have questions answered that can't be answered on there web page or app.
Does anyone have any way to elevate this issue?
