I am in the middle of the worst hotel experience I have had in over 40 years. Unsafe, unsanitary, obscenities from staff, etc. When I emailed customer support, they forwarded it to the site manager who wrote me a rude, condescending response in which I was accused of lying. I can't respond for fear of retribution, and can't check out early due to circumstances beyond my control. Stuck here for two more nights. Does anyone know how I can find out who the district/regional manager is for a particular site? If I ask the staff here, they claim not to know (of course).
