I have tried to find this info, but with no luck.
Each property sets its Peak/Off Peak periods based upon what's happening in their locale, so I don't think you'll find any consolidated list of dates for Peak/Off Peak by hotel. You need to check each place you want to stay for the period you want to stay and see what the points required are and that will tell you if it is peak or off peak. Here's a link that might be helpful for you to review: The New Awards Schedule is Where It's At It is lengthy but has a lot of back and forth details, some answers, and yes more concerns.

Book now before 2019 peak/offpeak rates take effect. Document everything. C
Marriott just add category 8 with 85k points and please don't come with this Peak offpeak because hotels will choose peak most of the time and it well be a game.
( If Marriott well control the peak and offpeak then its fine in my opinion )
It well be onfusing, the difference between the peak and offpeak is big and we love this loyalty program if one night well coast us 100k in Maldives or London or Paris we need to spend around 5000 to 6000 USD wich is too much in my opinion if you compare it with other programs.
Keep us happy 100K is a lot don't forget the highest before was 45K
Yes i know the earning now 75% for plat75 wich is amazing but still 100k a night is too much.
5 nights for 400k is not bad but not every one well stay 5 nights !
