Have you ever expected to have “horrible no good very bad experience”, and surprisingly it was not.
Without saying much, I would like to just express that she reminded me of what great customer service should be like. Her actions, though not out of the ordinary made the past and current issues with the Hotel a little palatable and less exhausting.
Christina having explained what happened was very patient in not just explaining but guiding me through the steps as she made accommodations for me at 2am in the morning. I thought it well deserving to her for me to express my sincere pleasure in how I was dealt with, by Christina. And, yes, one could say it is her job but for me; taking the time and caring enough to make a customer feel appreciated is beyond the call of duty. Christina showcased that she was someone who took pride in her job and was very joyous to carry-out her duties.
