Denver City Center Residence Inn Review

I suggest you avoid this hotel -- While the location is great, I just stayed there for a night last week and had multiple issues:

1. My bathroom door would not close (door did not fit in frame correctly)

2. Sofa bed was as hard as a rock

3. Front desk has a sign showing a 50% discount to Elitch Gardens amusement park for hotel guests, yet on both days Friday and Saturday I was told the hotel had run out of tickets to sell (probably didn't have any that week?).

On top of that, I was called on my cell to see if I was checking out after I told the front desk I was doing late checkout (and had already requested late checkout through my mobile app).  After I responded on the phone I was checking out late, the hotel still disabled my parking key card and room key (twice!)

I have never been to a Marriott facility and encountered these many issues.  Just the week before I stayed at a SpringHill Suites in Brighton and the place was impeccable.
