How do I get to talk to a live agent from the Platinum Premium Elite line? I was on hold for 28 minutes and the call got picked up on me after about five minutes she hung up on me. She has not bothered to call back. I do not want to call back late at night and get an overseas call center. My questions relate to
1. How to get SPG points to my Marriott account (from April 2018)?
2. How do I download the receipts from my stays? It has not worked for a couple of weeks now.
3. I have lost my award certificate and I would like to know how to get it replaced?
