However, I just received email that the reply mail will be sent after closely examining my case.
I was so disappointed by the processing.
If SC has been registered in the system properly, I would have been upgraded automatically. But unfortunately, the staff was missing to register, so I received a reply last time that I would be upgraded when I send email after completed 9 stays. Please upgrade me to next level immediately, so that I can enjoy another reservations with platinum level.
