How can I reach the complaints department and find someone who really care??The valet at Hotel Republic in San Diego damages my car. Now, they are refusing to provide any proper assistant!! The manager even refused to talk to us! I never expected the brand like Marriott have this kind of attitude when deal with problems! The lobby manager was rude. She sided with her parking vendor manager and provide no solutions for my car damages!! Can you believe it she even refuse to talk to customers !!
