Why is there no dedicated line for Plantium Elite members (like say for United 1K members)???
I have just been on hold for 30 minutes to finally get through to reach a Marriott Rewards member live on the phone, only to find that he was rude, did not listen and then put me on another long hold which ultimately then looped me back around to the start of the hold cycle again.
Having a night balance of 102 nights last year, you really know how to get your loyal customers REALLY MAD!!! When will this massive customers actually show some customers appreciation to those who are loyal??
