Why is the website still a total mess?

Title pretty much sums it up... website is still beyond dysfunctional.  Can't download receipts for prior stays for months now, other multiple issues with getting logged out when navigating to certain pages, needing to perform extra steps/clicks/navigating to do the same thing as the old website.  And now can't even book.  Getting a "Our server is being stubborn, please try again" error all morning.


Marriott should be embarrassed, but obviously they aren't as they haven't done a damned thing to fix the mess.
