Hello, I would like to nominate an outstanding Marriott employee for superior Customer Service. I called today about a reservation issue and am fortunate that Courtney in the Call Center took my call! She is very knowledgeable, courteous and VERY patient.
She was creative in finding a solution to my problem and deserves commendation and recognition for really going the "Extra Mile" to get me the answer I needed.
Please make sure Courtney is recognized for her very professional service...she deserves to be acknowledged...she should be the role model for ALL of the Marriott Call Center employees! She is the prototype for the Spirit to Serve recognition.
