Trying to book a 5 night stay in the Royal/Coral using points and it keeps throwing an error. Hold times are horrible in the cust service #...anyone else facing the same issue?
A good number of resorts will set aside a very limited number of rooms that are able to be booked using points and when those rooms are gone, they are gone which is what I suspect you're experiencing. At times the closer you get to the dates you wish to travel you might find rooms will open up as others may change plans.
As a famous Insider once said, "keep on keepin' on Insiders", persistence has been known to pay off.
