A few days ago I made a rewards reservation at an Autograph Collection for tomorrow night for 2 adults and 1 child and yesterday I received the notification that check-in was available on the Android app. When I went into it to start the check-in process it showed "6 guests". I went on to the website to double-check and it showed 5 adults and 1 child.
I wasn't going to report this as I wasn't 100% sure that I didn't make a mistake at some point. But, last night I did another reservation search for the same date and hotel and saw there was now a 2 Queen room available whereas previously it only showed King availability. So, I went ahead and cancelled the existing reservation and then re-did the search making sure I was putting 2 adults and 1 child and then booking the 2 Queen room.
This morning, I checked the app and again it showed 6 guests and I looked on the website and it shows 6 adults.
Has anyone else had issues with this?
