I've been to two of them, which were the same deal: Portland, OR and Bellevue, WA.

All you can consume buffet for $15, with eggs ordered from the kitchen. I had thought only their "Spanish" cazuela style options were available, but if seems omlettes, fried, scrambled are OK, too.

Their Iberian layout includes slices of ham and cheese, pastries, quiche, and slice-it-yourself bread for toast. Coffee is either regular cups from urns, or small Nespresso cups. Juice is available, along with an item I've never seen elsewhere - iced coffee!

Writing this to ask if that's (pretty much) same everywhere?
